Rock Prairie Professional Office Complex

Although this project is still in the construction phase it is still worth highlighting as the Enercept Project Of The Month.

This unique office space will utilize 13,812 square feet of Enercept SIP Panels and featues a 27’10″ diameter tower – also constructed with Enercept SIPs.

This tower is 34′ high on the tallest side.

Before construction began Enercept, along with Enercept Independent Dealer Earl Burden of TimberSIPS Building Systems (earl@timbersips.com), initiated an Energy Wise Commercial Building Energy Study.  They provided the customer with expected energy use outcomes.  When the building is completed Energy Wise will do testing and determine how energy efficient the Rock Prairie Professional Office Complex will be.

Marek Brothers Construction of College Station, TX is in charge of this building this project.

According to project manager, Lane Springfield, the Enercept panels have fit perfectly.
